Funeral services for Rogelio (Roger) S. Lucio, 72, of Rosenberg will be held at 11:00 a.m., Monday, June 14, 2010 in the Chapel of Davis-Greenlawn Funeral Home in Rosenberg with interment following at Greenlawn Memorial Park in Rosenberg.

Visitation will be held from 12:00 noon until 8:00 p.m., with a Prayer Service at 7:00 p.m. on Sunday, June 13, 2010 in the Chapel of Davis-Greenlawn Funeral Home in Rosenberg.

Roger was born September 16, 1937 in Mexico to Luz and Virginia (Salazar) Lucio, Sr. He was an accordion player, having played with his brothers in The Good Times Band. He passed away June 11, 2010 in Stafford.

Roger is preceded in death by his wife, Gloria Lucio; parents, Luz and Virginia Lucio, Sr.; sons, Allen Michael Lucio and Wayne Allen Lucio; and siblings, Susan Quintanilla, Albert Alexander Lucio and Ramiro Lucio.

He is survived by his son, Andrew Lucio and wife, Mary Ann; daughters, Joanne Lucio, Sandra Lucio, Michelle Rivera and husband, Kenneth; daughter-in-law, Roxzy Lucio; grandchildren, Jonathon and Julie Lucio, Ashley, Alissa and Amanda Landin, Raezia Lucio, Caleb, Nicholas and Makayla Rivera; step-mother, Cipriana Lucio; siblings, Reynaldo Lucio, Ciprano Lucio, Sr., Raul Lucio, Vicente Lucio and Margaret Salas, Luz Maria Alexander, Melinda Sugura, Anna Villa, Lisa Villa, Luz Lucio, Jr., Petra Parra and Leroy Lucio; along with many nieces, nephews, other family and many friends.

Pallbearers will include Albert Quintanilla, Pablo Guadardo Paul Fonseca, Sr., Carlos Lucio, Raymond Lucio and Albert Alexander Lucio.

Honorary pallbearers will include Fedencio Gebara, Ray Nino, Frank Carrego adn Albert Rodriguez.
